This petition/application, is to resolve the current road safety issues along A1175 Deeping st Nicholas, Hay barn Rd area. Currently there are no safe crossing measures in place, for school children and others to cross the road safetly , the existing speed limit is 40mph which seems to high limit ,with amount of pedestrians having to cross the road for access to the bus stop spalding direction, this is used by many school children and others ,this road is exceptionally busy at peak times, measures required for a safe crossing, would be a lower speed limit, and a pelican crossing, existing and only measure at present is 40mph which is very much outdated,  with the amount of traffic, expecially heavy goods  using this road
