Skegness is being ripped off by this conservative county council. They rake in millions from this resort, spend diddly squat in return and now they are penny pinching more and exposing residents to danger by shutting off my lights at 11.30 pm instead of midnight in my Seacroft area of Skeg. Time to ditch County Council's for local Council's instead. LCC is a waste of time and Space in levelling out around the County. Too Lincoln orientated. It is time to get rid and get our lights on

My ward has streets which are pitch black yet we expect people to do night shifts and Gr2relies heavily on a nighttime economy.

Personal safety is everyone's absolute right, and local authorities (and governments) have an absolute duty to ensure everyone's safety in all circumstances.

Our council runs the city like a prisoner of war camp. Turn the bloody lights on for us. It’s dangerous!

Because I work in a care home where staff are coming to work at 6 in the morning and there's no street lighting

All people need to be safe and the street lights need to be on for everyone.

I pay my taxes, and a portion of it includes lights. And turning them off would make the area a NO GO zone.

There are more car and van break insurance and its not safe for women walking home on there own.
