Lincoln High School has made the Mental Health Awareness Fair MANDATORY on December 4. Lincoln High School has REPEATEDLY TAKEN AWAY OUR FLEX PERIODS starting with COMPLETELY taking it out because of the SENIORS CLASS TIME (WHICH BY THE WAY WHY DID IT AFFECTED EVERYONE FOR THEIR PROBLEM?) but they are also taking away the SMALL amount of FLEX days we have during the rest of the school year! Many of us are sick and tired of the school taking away FLEX periods with mandatory things that we shouldn't be required to go to! FLEX is to help Lincoln students to catch up on school work so they don't stress out under the workload that is being given out. However, they are TAKING THIS AWAY for a MENTAL HEALTH FAIR? This is irony at the FINEST level. Yea, make us go to a mental health fair so we can get more stressed out about the schoolwork we are missing. Great idea PPS, what other ideas you going to come up with? I'm not saying that we should take this event away, but I think we should not make this mandatory for there are people who have better more meaningful things to do. 

Respect goes both ways. When is PPS going to respect our time?
