Over the years many families have gone before the school bored hoping to see change and their voices heard but over these years the School Board has become less and less interested in the thoughts and feelings of the parents.

I personally can speak of a time that I went before the board none of the board members spoke to me Dr Penny was the only one that said anything and before the meeting was even started he advised everybody that his decision with my sons disciplinary was final and the School Board could not overturn his decision the School Board let me then speak and then said there was no decision to be made because the superintendents word was final this is not how ourSchool Board is supposed to work. 

If the School Board is not willing to hear the parents and make changes based on what the parents want especially when it comes to the health and welfare of our children then they need to be removed.  this petition is to petition the election board to hold a special election for all board members sitting on the Lincoln County school board.  if they do not want to work for us then they won’t work on the School Board
