The development will be accessed via Hillcroft Close, St. Patricks Road, Singland, Limerick.

We cannot allow this developer to knock the wall in Hillcroft Close and allow the influx of cars/traffic through this Cul de Sac/Estate.  Their are a lot of young families living in the area who purchased these properties for the reason that they would be living in a Cul de Sac and there children could go out to play without the worry of traffic hazards. While people have no problem with housing development in the area this development will be placed in the middle of 4 well established existing housing estates and the residents have not been consulted. This developer just wants to bulldoze in and knock a wall and take away a green area where children play with out any consideration to the residents who live in this Cul de Sac
