We, the residence of Limehouse Village, oppose the Great Commission Baptist Church building a church, fellowship hall and parking lot in the residential neighborhood of Limehouse Village. The safety of the neighborhood and church attendees would be jeopardized with the additional traffic on the one-way and narrow streets the neighborhood posses. Furthermore the entrance and exit to the neighborhood and potential church is only a right turn onto Dorchester Road requiring an u-turn in an already high volume intersection. The petitioners therefore respectfully request that the Town of Summerville oppose and deny the current and future progression of development for the well being of the residents and future residents of Limehouse Village as well as the attendees of the Great Commission Baptist Church.
