Zoning laws are a method of urban planning in which a municipality or other tier of government divides land into areas called zones, each of which has a set of regulations for new development that differs from other zones. 

Homelessness is a big impact among the civilians of Seattle. Did you know out of all the people in downtown Seattle 42% are unsheltered. 

Lifting zoning laws can help solve the issue of homelessness getting rid of the problem
