The city lifted the mask & vaccine mandate, but the DOE is still mandating that children who attend their school prom must be vaccinated. It’s unfair and I feel children should be able to attend their prom whether they are or not vaccinated. I’m hoping with enough signatures David C. Banks Chancellor of the New York City Department of Education can lift the mandate of vaccines for school proms and events.
