Pitbull banned had been in effect in Canada  from 2005 and other parts of the world for years. These animals are not a treat, they have done nothing wrong but follow what was told and trained to them. A lot of pitbulls and banned breed dogs have been the real victims being sprayed, neuter and even euthanized because of a stereotypical imagine created by the same humans who train them to be this way.
