If a driver is found guilty of death by dangerous and or careless driving, a life time driving ban should be given to keep the roads safer for all road users and to allow drivers who have lost loved ones through accidents to feel safer and be able to have the confidence to step into a car.

Road users who have caused death should not be able to proceed driving, it is not a necessity for a person, it is the least they can lose in comparison to what the victims family and friends have lost, a loved one that they can never get back.
