Freedom: A Son for a Mother, A Father for his children, and A Brother for his Siblings, Most of All a Person who can make a change. In 2004 my Son Jesse Leon Ritchie was convicted of distribution of cocaine. He was sentenced to 16 to 30 years of prison. In result of his sentencing I feel my Son receive to much time for the crime he was convicted of. He has served 14 years of his sentence. To this day he has received his GED he has completed work force training that he can use on the outside. He is an Mentor to the younger inmates for has made similar mistakes. While he has been incarcerated he has been active in his children and grandchildren lives.Has been active in his Family lives nieces, nephews, sisters, brothers and also myself his mother. I would like to see my Son pardon because I have seen a lot of struggles with other Mothers who have sons that are incarcerated. These past 14 years I have had a lot of help from my family and friends and also my church but we all know the one person who has gave me the strength to move on is that number one person Whom is head of my Life my lord and Savior Jesus Christ. From day one I've been by his side and I will continue to stay by his side I would love to spend Freedom with my Son I don't ask for much but please give me this.
