The United States needs to come together in solidarity over gay/gender/non binary/bisexual/trans issues by creating a LGBTQ2+, "Pride Federal Holiday." This would be a pride month, (June 28th), holiday for all U.S. citizens, no matter their race or gender or identification, to set a world example of solidarity by showing support for protecting people from discrimination, addressing the epidemic of violence against trans people, and ensuring a safe future for LGBTQ+ youth. Now is the time to come together to create a U.S. Federal, LGBTQ2+, 'Pride,' holiday.
