29 states in the US don’t allow members of the LGBTQ+ community to vote. Members that do have these rights only hold 0.2% of all elections, this shows how they aren’t being treated equally. More than 100 anti-LGBTQ legislations were passed in 35 states and with these comes discrimination amongst the community with the ability to vote and lawmakers to defend them.
