I bought my LG K10 phone on the 19th of June 2017. The phone has given me problems ever since. I have changed the mother board of the phone twice already, once in October and the second time in Jan-feb 2018. The phone has started to give me the same problem. The phone doesn't charge most of the times. It shuts down automatically. I have video evidence for this too, since their Regional Sales Manager Mr. Anthony dared/demanded me for evidence when I took the phone for the second time. He even yelled at me saying that I am using the phone wrong. Everytime I have to travel 40 kms to and fro to the service station. I have spoken to the regional sales and service manages Mr. Anthony and Mr. Gopalakrishnan who are twisting the story against me accusing me of using too many apps. I just browse fb and whatsapp. So whoever buys LG K10 are not entitled to use apps? I thought this was a smart phone and not a brick. I am willing to change the mother board for the third time, but my warranty expires in the next three months. So does LG expect me to throw my phone and buy a new one after that? or pay for my fourth mother-board? Mr. Gopalakrishnan says that the company cannot give warranty for a mother-board. THIS IS CHEATING! TAKING CUSTOMERS FOR A RIDE! I just need a new phone and get this over with.
