Hello,

My name is Sophie Cooper and I live in Lee, London. I recently wrote to Lewisham Council because they cut down my favourite tree outside our house for no real reason. Please help by signing my petition to stop cutting down our trees in the London Borough of Lewisham. It really makes me sad to keep seeing so many of our beautiful trees being cut down where we live. Trees that are homes to so much wildlife. The trees being cut down are not dieing or dangerous or in anyway harming anyone. When I look around the streets where I live it looks bare in so many places where big beautiful trees once stood.  For example, the road my father grew up on has had 16 trees cut down and not a single one has been planted to replace them.
