I asked a question at Lewisham's first full council meeting since the elections on the plans and timetable for implementation of the borough-wide 20mph zone. I received the following response: "A detailed project plan and timetable for the implementation of a borough wide 20mph zone is being developed and will be presented to Mayor & Cabinet in November 2014."
