singing becuase that's pretty gross, like the guy who trademarked a color (and got destroyed, it was the darkest color but another guy made a darker black and everyone in the world except the guy who trademarked the other can buy the new one). the point is, aloha poke co sucks

The language of a people group should not be used to tear them down! This business needs to slow their roll and think about the lives of those connected with the words they are claiming to own.

It's like if some random person tried to stop Americans from saying hello to eachother, but much, MUCH worse! This just doesnt make any sense why there would be a company in CHICAGO that is trying to keep the word Aloha as their own! That really doesn't make any sense.

Um. You cannot make Aloha, hello, yours. It is not right if you are taking the words and culture of people and make it your own, when you have no ties to the community of the particular culture. That's the same as a newscaster years ago sued a woman with the same name as her and demanded the woman stop using the name. The newscaster had changed her name to Susan Anderson, she sued a woman, who's birth name was Susan Anderson and demanded she stop using the name. Same principles, stupidity, ignorance and greed. Why is there a Hawaiian company in the Midwest anyways? What part of Chicago has anything that resembles Hawaii?
