Florida has seen a massive influx of unwelcoming new residents fleeing other states hoping to benefit from our freedom and easygoing lifestyle here in the sunshine state, while all the while failing to adopt the attitude of the true children of the swamp. This petition seeks to reinstate the banner from the original Florida flag that simply states the attitude of all true Floridians “Let Us Alone” while the current state flag is good, particularly with the red St.Andrew’s Cross preventing misidentification with the flag of surrender, I propose we timelessly and simply state the cry of freedom on our great banner by adding back the scrollwork.
