Why not we choose knowledge and experience of a candidate in jobs like hospital,railways,Court,police etc.. than marking on caste? Why to make a difference when all are treated same in India?  Evaluating the caste basis lesser score and  compromising the quality of knowledge in various fields should be stopped.

Let's give priority to the one who works hard to score top position than those who take weightage by pasting caste certificate and clear exams in lesser score.
