I was severely bullied as a child, and this is a very serious matter. There was zero awareness, or activism, at that time. I am not a victim, but a survivor! Let's stop it!

It has been 5 years since I became the victim to workplace bullying and was targeted by my administration for advocating for my special needs student. Ultimately I was put in unsafe conditions intentionally and suffered several herniated discs in my neck and lower back, a concussion, shoulder injuries as well as PTSD from the entire situation. I have suffered with severe depression since having to leave my career due to multiple injuries and health issues. I live in Michigan and would like to be part of a change in the right direction. My life was forever changed due to administrative abuse of power. School administrators are protected by governmental immunity which must change as this is nothing but a green light for them to do harm upon good teachers and support staff. HR was not helpful as I tried to stay and fight for my rights. It only caused my targeting, bullying and harassment to increase.

I'm signing this because this biggest problem of the students is bullying many students are victim of bullying many of them are commit suicide because of this bullying. we should stop bullying because it can huge impacts like anxiety,depression,loneliness,eating disorders,low-esteem or suicide.
