With misinformation spreading through the school from complicated legal procedures, I want to come together to help victims. The legal process of sexual harassment is so complicated but the victims of it still deserve to be heard and the culture needs to change. 
After conversations with higher ups in the school this petition will be closing. I appreciate the support. My anger and frustration yesterday fueled a good project but was misdirected. Not much can be done about the legal handlings with sexual harassment but I know how the school has no involvement and the police at our school does what they can with the permission of victims and legal procedures. 
From here, I want to support victims and encourage them to take further action. Report your abuse and continue with legal action, do not give up on the process. 

I will also be trying to implement an advisory program to help raise awareness. Instead of pushing for further punishments I want to focus on prevention. Let’s teach victims how to defend themselves and be assertive, and let’s prevent potential abusers by educating them on actual intimacy in relationships.
