I want Sanitary Pad to be freely given to African girl child ESPECIALLY IN NIGERIA just as Gold Circle condom is freely given to guys  by so many NGO’s in Nigeria. There are a lots of African girl child especially in Nigeria that can’t afford a sanitary pad during  their monthly period. Being that it is very necessary for their monthly menstruation. If it can’t be freely given, at least let it be as cheap as gold circle condom which is sold for as low as #100.  Many young girl child can contract PID or any other kind of infection without a proper sanitary pad during their monthly call. Guys can abstain from sex, but the girl child CANNOT Abstain from monthly menstruation.
