LET'S INVITE POPE FRANCIS to mediate at the table with Putin (The Pope, Angela Merkel and Silvio Berlusconi)

This petition stems from the profound sense of frustration in seeing human lives still being destroyed in 2022 by the stupidity of men, by lack of dialogue, communication, selfishness, expansionist aims. I don't care and it's not the purpose of the petition to blame one or the other. This petition has a PRACTICAL purpose: to immediately stop the war in Ukraine.

I propose with our numerous signatures to send an appeal to three very powerful and authoritative people:
ANGELA MERKEL: the mother of today's Europe and who often sat at the negotiating table with Putin
SILVIO BERLUSCONI, a great friend in Putin's past and a great diplomat, managed to get Bush and Putin to sit at the same table
POPE FRANCIS, a good person whose word has the power to sensitize the whole world.

Putin would have international pressure and Pope Francis has often been open to concrete acts of this kind, he would be even more so on the invitation of this petition.
Just on Sunday 6 March, Pope Francis declared "The Holy See is willing to do everything, to put itself at the service of peace". VERY GOOD, WE NEED YOU, DEAR POPE FRANCIS, TO SIT AT VERY SAME A TABLE WITH VLADIMIR PUTIN TOGETHER.

I am absolutely certain that a table with Putin, Zelienski, Pope Francis, Angela Merkel and Silvio Berlusconi would be successful in the PACE negotiations, which is what we all want, Russian mothers, Ukrainian mothers, all over the world.

[It is not up to me to decide and the concrete of the negotiations but only AS AN EXAMPLE, if the Pope and Berlusconi go to Minsk / Moscow / Brussel / Tel Aviv and negotiate on:
eliminate all sanctions on Russia
cease fire immediately
recognize Crimea and Donbask as AUTONOMOUS PROVINCES (as already happens in Italy for the cities of Trento and Bolzano, they are Italian but at the same time, called autonomous because the special statute gives them particular forms of autonomy, including the legislative one)

New elections could be proposed in Ukraine under ONU supervision with Zelinski and a candidate of Putin's choice under the very tight control of ONU inspectors, to really show Putin what Ukrainian citizens want
THESE ARE ONLY EXAMPLES, LET'S TRY with all our voice and heart.
