In the state of Ohio, after the parents break up, the father has no legal rights to his child(ren). The mother automatically has 100% full custodial rights. This is not right. All fathers should have rights to their kids no matter what unless proven unfit. This is a change that I'd like to see happen because I am going through this right now.

Little over a year ago, I found out my ex of 15 years was messing around with my so-called best friend behind my back. We ended up breaking up and I moved out. She would let me see the kids when it was convenient for her. And when I made her mad she kept the kids from me. Wasn't able to see my kids on Father's Day or my birthday. I can't even see my son on his birthday. I think this is highly unfair.

In conclusion I would just like to see the fathers in the state of Ohio have some kind of rights that they can see their kids.
