If the decision for Roe v. Wade is successfully overturned, this could mean the end of abortion rights in likely over HALF of the states in the United States, including some states who have “trigger laws” that will mean the IMMEDIATE ban of abortions should Roe get overturned. 

If Roe gets overturned, similar cases regarding contraception, birth control, and marriage rights are likely to get revisited and may meet the same fate as Roe—meaning we NEED to take action BEFORE the decision is officially made.

Signing this petition is a critical step in demonstrating the public interest in keeping the Roe decision alive, and can be relayed to the Supreme Court Justices themselves.

Beyond this petition, the BEST thing you can do is send a letter to the Supreme Court Justices, making your case for why you believe abortion laws should remain as they are. Remember that this decision for Roe being overturned was a DRAFT, meaning that it is NOT YET the final decision of the court. If we are able to sway one to two more justices, we’ll be able to get the majority vote to maintain the Roe decision.
