We, the undersigned users and former users of ChatGPT, demand immediate action from OpenAI to address the catastrophic failures in service delivery, communication, and respect for user needs that have characterized recent rollouts and updates.

OpenAI has broken the trust of millions of users through poor planning, dishonest marketing, and complete disregard for user feedback. Users report:

- Creative writing capabilities destroyed without warning
- Forced upgrades that eliminated preferred model versions  
- Arbitrary token limits that lock paying subscribers out of conversations
- Multiple major outages lasting 10+ hours with no communication
- Months of work lost due to sudden personality changes in the AI
- Broken promises about features like tagging and indexing
- Complete lack of transparency about rollout plans

Our Demands:

1. Restore access to previous model versions (GPT-4o, GPT-4.1) for users who prefer them
2. Implement transparent communication about all changes before they are deployed
3. Provide clear, honest token limits and usage policies without surprise restrictions
4. Maintain service reliability with proper infrastructure planning
5. Respect creative workflows and stop destroying months of user work with forced upgrades
6. Offer refunds to users whose subscription value was diminished by unwanted changes
7. Establish a user advisory board to prevent future disasters
