Dua Zehra, a 14-yr old girl was kidnapped from Karachi on April 2022. The girl, later on, in a video message  said that she hadn't been kidnapped and had left her place by her own choice to get married. However, her parents claimed her body language did not support her statement and that she had been under pressure and was being forced to pass such a statement. After Dua's refusal to return home with her parents, a  statement was issued by SHC, that no evidence existed of the girl being kidnapped. Today, she was allowed to meet her parents (after permission being granted by SHC), after which, she was immediately taken away. During media talk, her father confirmed that she had expressed her desire to return home with her parents and she was ready to give this statement before the court. He further said that the court didn't approve his request to allow the girl to present her statement again, and that, if she had been given another chance to speak, she would have expressed her desire   to return to her parents, in contrast to her previous statement(which she was forced to say).According to the medical reports, her age has been identified as 17, while her parents claim that she's only 14. It's a kind request to the honorable judges of the Supreme Court to take notice and carry out a detailed investigation of the matter and let the girl return home. This isn't the first time that such an incident has occurred. I would further request the Supreme Court to give a fair decision based on proofs and bring the criminals to justice.
