It is no lie that the dress code unfairly attacks the educations of women and POC. Not only is the enforcement of the dress code unequal but the dress code itself is unnecessary as well. No one has ever been left behind in a class because they were distracted by a girl's shoulders or midriff. However, women and POC are often taken out of class because of their breaking of the arbitrary and outdated dress code.
