When the Chiang Mai program was announced, it was announced with six groups going for six weeks.  We are really disappointed that the length of the program has been reduced to five weeks to accommodate more students.  Although we support more students having the opportunity, it would be great if some, if not all of the groups could do a six week program.

Originally the program would have been a total of 36 weeks (6 groups x 6 weeks).  The revised program is 35 weeks (7 groups x 5 weeks).  In previous years,  The Chiang Mai program has been 40 weeks (5 groups x 8 weeks).

We would like to see the entire program extended back to 40 weeks.  This could accommodate 5 groups of 6 weeks and 2 groups of 5 weeks with no additional time required from previous years.
