Pass laws regulating hunting preserves distance to res. property and rds
There is a new deer hunting preserve in the Town of Perth in Fulton County where the fence is within 10 feet of residential property and within 50' of public roads. A bullet could quite easily ricochet and kill or injure a local resident or passerby. They should be well away from residential property and public roads. This is not just a problem for Fulton County. This can happen anywhere and may be happening soon in the Town of Brunswick. The law forbidding shooting a firearm within 500' from a building should be ammended to a farther distance since bullets today travel much farther than they did years ago.
