As of today GA's law Grant rights to Squatters and unwanted Tennant's. It's just wrong that a person can be invited into your residence and refuse to leave when asked to. My neice and her mom asked me to let my niece stay here a couple of weeks because she was getting put out of the apartment where she was staying. Well, while here, she used my address to get new license and received mail without my consent. She won't leave or help with the bills. She is 26 no kids and work. GA's law requires me to pay for an eviction. If these individuals can't show proof They had permission to establish  residence  in your home, receive mail or use your address; Then, they must not have any rights.The burden of proof must Fall on the unwanted Tennant's. If that Individual isn't on your lease they Must not have rights like this knowing their in the wrong.
