Marijuana is still illegal in over half of the country. Im sure we can all agree that marijuana is not as bad as our government makes it out to be. We can also probably agree that tobacco and alcohol provide more health risks than smoking a joint or eating an edible. But not only is it being illegal a cause to more issues but it makes a market that other states that have legalized not available to us. States that have legalized have not only had another huge source of income for the state but they have made money that people from states that it remains illegal spend in dispensaries that could be used here to fund public schooling or fix roads or help fight actual crime instead of fighting against a right we shouldn’t have had taken from us
