Let’s get this petition signed and sent to Dame Rachel de Souza the children commissioner for England get it made a legal requirement for those working with Children to report child abuse.

Poor Arthur has been failed massively by services who had a duty of care to report his abuse and neglect and all failed him and so many other children on so many opportunities.

Let’s call this Arthur’s law and make a stand.

This little boy lost his life at the hands of inhumane animals that should of been caring and loving him.

let’s take a stand to help prevent helping as many other children as we can reaching this point.
