Many adolescents who do not qualify biologically as neurologically developed adults are legally purchasing semi-automatic weapons and committing mass homicide, thus resulting in the needless and collectively traumatizing loss of victim life as a result of mass shootings with the said weapons.  The collective medical and psychological expert consensus of the precipitating reason prompting the mass homicide has been identified inextricably as a form of psychosis, other mental illness or family problems.
