STOP WELLS FARGO PREDATORY PRACTICES

I am being targeted by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
Much like previous petitions on this site, from the Moldovan family to the family fighting to protect "Mom's Home", I am fighting with a bank. My problems started when "Superstorm Sandy" hit New Jersey. My paychecks were impacted and, because this state was a federally designated "disaster area", all collection activities were to be put on "hold" for six months. We were not informed that payments would accrue during this time.
For these past 3+ years I have been subjected to being shuffled to no less than 5 Home Preservation Specialists, 3 Modifications which had attained some level of approval but were halted, policy changes, bureaucratic delays for which I am penalized, deleted or redacted documents, and pressure to sell the house. Most recently, Oct. 27, 2016, I spoke with Urvennis Santinor, Executive Resolution Specialist, who since my first attempt in August to contact her, ignored an interdepartmental message, and at least two voice mails and only responded to me upon administrative intervention- costing me over two months, while a deadline was approaching. My request was to stop any Foreclosure activities until all issues were resolved. She has denied this request. In our discussion -
she admitted to "poor customer service", but said that this would not suspend activities
she admitted to delays in response, from her and others, costing me a total of months and me being penalized for these delays, but said this would not suspend activities
she admitted to an open investigation of procedural irregularities, but said this would not suspend activities.
Therefore, their playbook is clear: After a tragedy or disaster which results in problems with payments, press the advantage; Place obstacles and obstructions in the resolution of any issues; If all obstacles are overcome, run out the clock by not responding.
Therefore, I ask you to support me, and others in similar situations, and ask Leesa Whitt-Potter, Senior Vice President of Wells Fargo Home Lending, to resolve these issues and work with me, and others.
