The urban & suburban  community needs a productive and safe outlet for the youth to engage in extracurricular activities . Skateboarding has been made a sport and skateboarding parks are in most inner cities .  We are petitioning for dirt bikes to also be accepted and made a legal sport , as well as creating funds to set up safe dirt bike tracks for riders to teach the sport , learn it safely as well as practice it in a safe environment. Leeky Da Bike Star is one of the most infamous bikers if not thee most infamous dirt biker in NY.  He is seeking a safe arena to ride and teach the sport . This would freee up city streets and expressways, minimize arrests , tickets , accidents and fatalities .
