Online tickets, or free phone purchases, for disabled access at Leeds First Direct Arena.

It came to my attention when booking tickets for an event at Leeds arena that people wishing to book disabled access tickets had to ring a premium rate telephone number. I was hearing stories of people paying upwards of £30 to still not be connected to speak to anyone. In context this is the price of a ticket before they have even managed to purchase one.
I feel with technology available to the arena, and other venues like it, that a separate online booking system for disabled persons could easily be developed, or at minimum a free phone line.
Is it fair that disabled people do not have the same ability to book tickets? Why should they be charged to try and book a ticket when everyone else can log on to the internet for free? Disabled people should have the same rights and abilities as everyone else to attend such events.
For this reason I am starting this petition to try and effect change and make these businesses aware of their failings in treating everyone equally.
