More Traffic Calming measures urgently needed in Seacroft between Tesco and Aldi

Enough is enough, people driving at 40, 50 miles sometimes 60 miles an hour through Seacroft Village all the time, it's getting worse and worse. It's not a race-track. It's a 30 limit for a reason. Safety in a built up area full of school children and elderly. You're MUCH more likely to be killed if you're hit by a car at 40. There are accidents quite often outside Aldi and pedestrians including children have been injured by cars and motorbikes.
We need more Traffic Calming measures. Either flat 'psychological' speed bumps, actual speed bumps, SLOW written on the road, or the speed limit written on the road. ANYTHING, to help slow people down from breaking the speed limit of 30 MPH.
There are speed bumps all over Seacroft to slow drivers down, North Parkway, Kentmere Avenue, Crossgates Lane, Foundry Lane. Tesco to Aldi (old York Road) and South Parkway are one of the few places where they are missing. If we also want to slow the crazy motorbikes then they would have to be full width speed bumps like on Crossgates Lane so they don't just speed round them.
If you want to make Seacroft safer for anyone near these roads, please consider signing and sharing this petition.
Thanks
