Dear Leaders & fellow residents.

Some of our fellow residents willingly deny the vaccines for various valid or invalid reasons. I do believe everyone has a right to have their own opinion but when it comes to self harm, I believe the public bodies and fellow humans need to step in put some controls. This is just like why many countries have laws against suicides or child safety. 

Now, there is extremely valid and clear evidence that vaccines are effective in preventing severe COVID-2019 infection. There is significant research by academia, doctors and health specialists worldwide and some of the data from US can be accessed https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/covid-19/effectiveness-research/protocols.html . From our own Singapore MOH, https://www.moh.gov.sg/covid-19/testing/situation-report-pdf the data and trend is crystal clear that vaccines protect the vulnerable. 

Singapore values every single individual and contrary to some peoples opinions, the most valuable resources we've is the "humans". As such, we can't afford to have our fellow residents fall sick and suffer or worse miss them forever. 

Please, help our fellow unvaxx residents and protect them by prohibiting them from crowded places, indoor dining, shopping malls and even if possible from buses or mrt or taxies. You know, these places are frequented by vaccinated population, kids and they might be asymptomatic. 

I am sure this may cause some inconvenience to unvaxx folks but I am sure they'd love the Gov, Leaders and Vaxx folks for saving their lives soon. 

I know Gov spend SGD 94 billions in 2020, having a deficit of SGD 65 billions in 2021 and double digit billions in JSS, Skillfuture, and what not. All this is while encountering 40-50% drop in GST, trade and other regular revenue streams. Some folks want to prioritise economy by letting unvaxx people in malls, public places but please prioritise lives over money. Please ban the unvaxx people in malls, public places, dining-in and if possible taxies, bus, mrt to save our fellow countrymen lives.
