Since the use of the new Lebowakgomo cemetery in Lebowakgomo, our municipality has neglected maintenance of the "old" Ga Ledwaba cemetery. The cemetery is practically a forest and slowly becoming denser by the day.

Further discussion with security. They mentioned to me that they too are more afraid now as the place is practically a forest now. The saddest thing is that they told me they didn't have water for months, then that was fixed. Problem now is that the tap is broken and the water just gushing on the ground. This is even more heart breaking considering the water crises. This is violation of human rights. Not only for us as the residence of Lebowakgomo but also the security personnel that has to work under such conditions.

Families that don't have tombstones are in bigger risk of losing their loved ones. Infact we all are at risk of losing our dearly departed in that forest. When trees start growing stronger, will break the tombstones erected.

Come on Lebowakgomo, Lepelle Nkumpi, please do something urgently before it's even harder for all of us to visit family/families that is laid there.
