McDonald’s has crewmembers from all over the world, we come from different ethnic groups and we have different types of looks and different types of hair. Instead of relying on the baseball style cap, I think it would be a good idea if we were allowed to choose between visors and regular hats for every shift. Not everybody’s hair is compatible with the baseball hat. Some people have irritations which could lead to infections and in causing them to not come in to work. With addictions of a hairnet, crewmembers will be able to not worry about irritations and dry hair. This is a decision and it’s also a privilege that our crewmembers will respect and follow properly.
