Hi dog lovers! This petition was created in order to gain support for building a dog park in the LC Brier Creek community. When some community members were touring LC Brier Creek, many were promised they were moving into a dog-friendly community that would include a dog park and walking paths. However, as buildings continued to be built, it became abundantly clear a dog park was not in the plans. It is unacceptable to claim that a community is dog-friendly while simultaneously neglecting to create a space for pets to run and play. Some residents feel deeply disappointed in the management staff at LC Brier Creek for making false promises that impact our furry friends and their happiness and would simply like a fenced space for dogs to run and play. Not only would a dog park improve quality of life for our pets and support the claim that the community is truly dog-friendly, but it would also attract future residents to the community. If you would be willing to sign a liability waiver and would support LC Brier Creek allocating funds toward creating a fenced in space for our dogs to run and play, please sign this petition.
