Empowered Families Coalition started this petition to Lawmakers

School databases are marketed as "safe" for kids but are actually portals to XXX pornography and they are causing untold emotional trauma and sexual addiction in children as young as five. Children use these databases to complete class and homework assignments.

The sexually explicit content they are unwittingly exposed to comes in the form of images, articles, advertisements and audio content. These school databases are accessible to children on school and library computers, home computers, personal devices, and school tablets.

Parents have brought this problem to the attention of legislatures who have been understandably shocked by the explicit nature of these images. As a result, legislators are considering creating laws to protect students and to hold database companies accountable.

A law to protect children will face fierce opposition as this is a HUGE money maker for the database companies. They receive money from both the schools - who use the databases for research, and the porn makers - who pay to have their material published on the databases with the promise it will reach their target audience - our children. By marketing to our children they hope to gain lifelong customers.

Sign this petition TODAY to let legislators know that the public outrage over the sexual exploitation of our children far outweighs any backlash they might receive from the database and porn companies.

Sign this petition TODAY to let them know our children's innocence is NOT for sale and that we expect them to create and ENFORCE laws that will keep our children safe from explicit sexual content when using school databases.
Thank you for your support!!!
