I entered law school as someone who already deals with anxiety and depression. Because I already have relatively okay coping mechanisms in place, the resources provided at my law school are fine for me.

That being said, I'm luckier than a lot of students who haven't had to deal with this in the past, and just because something works for me doesn't mean it's sufficient for everyone else. It's important that we take care of ourselves and our classmates.
