LGBTQ is a community that works to achieve full equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and queer by building, supporting, and advancing a diverse network of LGBT leaders. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), lesbian, gay and bisexual people experience sexual violence at similar or higher rates than heterosexuals. This kind of issue has been in the society for almost a decade and we, the millenials should make a move to diminish the continuous act of violating the rights of the LGBTQ people.

Different acts have been monitored by the CDC like stalking, rape, and physical violence. These acts has been circulating in the society and is kind of alarming, because there are many people who are part of the community that have gone to hide themselves and continue to cover for the sake of their safety.

As a part of the society we, the millenials want to demolish the urully act by advocating other people about the different experiences of the marginalized community. We want to serve as their protection, not only for the physical violence, but also to those people who see this community as nonsense and does not consider them as as a part of the society.

We must work to address the broad-ranging social conditions—from employment discrimination to poor healthcare access—that expose individuals to greater risks of violence. People must advocate in their local communities, schools, and places of employment to ensure that transgender and gender non-conforming people of color have universal access to resources to thrive. we shall not deprive them from the basic necessities that straight people can achieve.
