There many people who have gotten family torn apart to to here-say false accusation by cps. All it takes is someone word without solid proof of any evidence. They been allow to illegally take you kids without a parent having any word or say in the matter putting kids in homes where they are being neglected abuse ect...I have a 2 year old who never made it back home She was beat and drown in a foster home due as they say my dp and l being off for two days at the time my pipp had run out and i gotten hit with a bigger bill which caused me get behind.She had both my little girls one was having health issues as they say due to swallowing a hair ball that what they say  she made stange movement this went on for months no help all tho i spoke up about this and was ignored.So Im asking everyone to fight this battle with my family. We got cheated out of a lawsuit, lawyer paid off offer my family 10000 to drop the case, my lawyer or if we didn't he would dismiss it so another lawyer wouldn't be able pick it up it said he give us two weeks well he drop it the next day and left me and my family with the cost of burying her.So we want you help in justice to get a law change in there practice and unlawful acts.Where before they can take a child they have to provide solid proof of there claims not here-say and concrete evidence and a warrant, not a warrant where the parent didn't even see a hearing first. and parents rights are not disregarded So Please help us this this cause and to get child abuse laws changed as well. Innocent until proven guilty like any other court. And for the state to getting money off of children.
