My cat has just been run over outside my house , the heartless driver just drove off and left her to die , I want to make it an offence to just leave a cat dying in the road , the driver should be made accountable for his actions , he blatantly knew he had hit her , but choose to drive on anyway , she was my child , I want it stopped , please help
