I am positioning against the non legality  of the possession of butane and nitrous oxide gas by young adults as it is being used as a drug and being inhailled with balloons by children and young adults to get high. The reason I want change and why I care about this is because my 17 year old lost his life to inhailing butane/lighter gas and young children are seeing balloons being used to inhaile nitrous oxide. (Ballons are for children)

The heath risks:- ie deprivation of oxygen when being inhailled increased risk of heart attack and sudden death syndrome due to use of gas inhailing

Change of behaviour (anti social behaviour) while under the influence or gang involvement as these are also the people using this witch increases gang violence and disregard 

I would like to see a change/tightening in the law for possession of gas and consumption of it 

Shop keepers given harsher punishment for under age sale and not asking for identification, Identification should HAVE  to be given for sale and maybe even a licence/permit needed and or proof of use of machine using the nitrous oxide. A limmit on how many canisters sold in 1 transaction (admittedly this part is a difficult part to tackle)

A penalty given to those in possession and use of it in the wrong mannerThe police must be given more powers to deal with people caught with it and balloons together like they would for drugs because it is being used as a drug and is becoming more widely used

The government need to make a change kids are suffering heath conditions and even dieing if we can make a change we can make a difference otherwise its just going to get worse and I want a better place for our  children to grow up in and a better chance in life
