At my High School, Middle College High School, all students only need 2 years worth of Physical Education to graduate, meaning many students only take PE for two years. Our generation is experiencing the highest rise of childhood obesity and obesity in teenagers than ever before in the United States. 

I believe that Physical education classes need to be taken every school year the same way we take English and Math. This means schools should make Physical Education a mandatory class for all 4 years of high school and all 2-3 years of middle school. If schools start slowly implementing more PE classes they can slow down the current rise of obesity we're facing, students might even improve in other classes as studies have found physical activity brings up mood and can help with concentration. 

I would like to see these changes because I am a heavy believer that a physically healthy student is also a mentally healthy student.
