Henry Cavill played Superman in the recent Man of Steel movie and Justice League movies. He was born in Jersey and resides in London currently, but he personified everything it is to be not only American but from Kansas as well. He took on part of the culture when getting into the roll of Clark Kent. He's even a Kansas City Chiefs fan. But he's also one of the most down to earth, humble men in Hollywood. He's hard working and made himself into the superstar that he is today. 

He works with many different charities and donates a lot his time and money to making the world a better place. He's also an advocate for healthy living. That is clear from his partnerships with gyms and healthy supplement companies. 

When it comes down to it, we don't have a great deal of Kansans to idolize. But Henry, even though he was born British, is a Kansan at heart. He's true red white and blue.
